Kristin Myren is the Founder of Origin Point and an executive coach with over 15 years' experience supporting individuals and leaders transform and discover their true capacity. She is a mindfulness coach and has led mindfulness courses for organizations such as Oracle and Great-West Financial. Her background includes executive leadership roles in private equity and healthcare where she led high-visibility initiatives, leading teams of >500 employees, and managing $100M P&Ls.

Kristin earned a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from the University of Colorado. She holds certificates as a Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, a Coaching Certification from Elevation Health, and formal training in Motivational Interviewing, Social Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, and Behavior Change Methodologies through nationally-recognized coaching institutions.

She is the creator of the ERA™ Model, integrating behavior change science and self-awareness to help leaders respond to change with clarity and effectiveness. In 2021, she was named a Most Influential Young Professional by Colorado Business Magazine and was featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine in 2025.

In her free time, Kristin is an Advanced SCUBA diver, runner, commercial multiengine pilot and certified flight instructor. She was formerly a climbing guide certified in Wilderness Medicine and Leave No Trace Master Trainer. She enjoys backcountry travel and exploring the outdoors near her home in beautiful Colorado.
