Kristin Myren is the Founder of Origin Point and leads all executive coaching and 100-day plans. With 15+ years of experience, she has supported leaders and organizations through transformation, drawing on a background in private equity and healthcare leadership, where she managed large teams and $100M P&Ls.
She holds dual MBA/MHA degrees from the University of Colorado and multiple coaching and leadership certifications. Kristin is the creator of the ERA™ Model and has been recognized by Colorado Business Magazine.

Jessica Straugh is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping individuals reflect, self-assess and grow personally. Her strong expertise in understanding the Person + Team + Organization dynamic enables her to develop customized experiences and challenges for the Executive Intensive Program. Jessica supports the creative process, planning and delivery of key elements of the Executive Intensive and also provides 1-1 support for leaders seeking more individualized development.

Sarah Oremland is an executive coach with over 15 years of experience advising leaders across technology, retail, gaming, financial services, and life sciences. Blending a background in clinical mental health with expertise in organizational effectiveness and executive coaching, she helps leaders and teams navigate growth, transformation, and complex change. Her work includes executive coaching, leadership development, succession planning, and team effectiveness for Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. Known for her thoughtful yet direct approach, Sarah helps executives build self-awareness and create lasting behavioral change that drives stronger leadership and business performance.
